Introduction to IntelliTools Classroom - Suite 3

Introduction
IntelliTools Classroom Suite 3 is a skill-building tool designed to address the school based curriculum needs for students with learning, physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities.

This full day (6 hour) workshop shows participants how to use this software to meet the needs of their diverse classroom, ensuring the curriculum is accessible to all students.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this workshop, participants will:

• Be familiar with
  - IntelliPics Studio 3
  - IntelliTalk 3
  - Overlay Maker 3
  - IntelliKeys Keyboard
• Be able to create individualised and interactive activities/overlays with the use of text, graphics, sounds and multimedia.
• Understand basic user access options, e.g. switch scanning
  Optional - homework will be provided to consolidate skills learnt

Workshop Prerequisites
Keyboard awareness and competency in mouse use Proficiency in using computer applications, such as word processors
Access to IntelliTools Classroom Suite 3 software program in their relevant environments

Target Audience
Beginner level users of IntelliTools Classroom Suite 3.
Educational Staff, therapists, parents/carers, and others who work with students with physical, learning, sensory or cognitive disabilities.
